    Your article mentions "flossing", but not using an inter-dental brush. Why not? I find that an inter-dental brush is easier to use and more effective at dislodging food particles caught between my teeth. Could you comment on the relative merits of these two techniques?

      Hi Gordon, Thanks for your question and it is a good one. I actually recommend a combination of the two. Flossing is excellent for removing plaque from under the gum ( between the root/tooth and the gum) whilst interproximal brushes are better at removing debris above the gum between the teeth. Doing both gives you the best chance of keeping your gums as healthy as possible. Hope this helps. :)
